We spoke to a few of our guests while enjoying our gym facilities and came up with this quick & easy routine to help you stay fit on-the-go!

- Body Weight Squats - 3 sets of 15
- Push Ups - 3 sets of 10
- Set Ups - 3 sets of 50
- Treadmill Run - 5 min walk @ incline of 6 & 5 min run @ speed of 8
